Please be sure to read through the "Registration FAQ" section before continuing.

This form is offered to you as an option for registration.  The American Baptist Churches of the Great Rivers Region will continue to distribute by USPS and through web downloads the camping registration form so that those who prefer mailing their registration can do so.

STEP 1 OF 6 - Expectations, Policies, & Procedures

Please carefully read the following.  Typing in your name and today's date signifies your agreement.

Registration Information:

• Camp photo and T-Shirt are included in registration fee for children and youth camps.

• Camps are based on grade just completed.  (8th graders may come to either 6th - 8th grade or 9th to 12th grade camps.

• $15 will be deducted for early bird registration if FULL payment is received by the Camp Registrar on or before May 21 for most camp sessions.
  The exceptions are: Kindercamps, Family Camps, Day Camps, Young Adult Retreat, Christmas Camp.

• Refunds will be given up to one (1) week before the camp starts for which the registration is being cancelled.  However, a $25 processing fee will be charged.  NO REFUNDS will be given to campers who do not show up for registration on the first day of camp.  Also, NO REFUNDS will be given for Kindercamps, Day Camps, and Family Camp.

• After registration is received, camper will receive a health form to be brought to camp during registration and a letter from the Camp Director and Camp Curriculum Coordinator.

If you do not belong to a GRR/ABC church or a part of a group registering from a GRR/ABC church, the FULL AMOUNT of a camper's registration must be sent with the registration form.  In the case of online registration, please pay online.  If you would rather send a check, that check must be received by the registrar within 4 days of submitting your online registration.

EXPECTATIONS OF GRR CAMPING:

Campers are expected to:

• Participate in programs.

• Be a part of the Christian Community.

• Obey and respect camp staff, director, and counselors.

• Respect each other and each other's property (Please, no cell phones or other electronics, such as iPods, PS2's, etc.)

• No tobacco, firearms, illegal drugs, nor smoking are permitted on campgrounds.
